According to the government’s decision the Ministry of Environment Protection and Natural Resources of Georgia has begun to provide people, persecuted as a result of Russian aggression, with firewood.Minister Mr. Goga Khachidze has visited Shida Kartli Region and has seen the special cottages that were built for persecuted people.

Days for citizens’ receipt have been established in the Ministry of Environment Protection and Natural Resources of Georgia. Minister Mr. Goga Khachidze, Deputy Ministers: Mr. Alex Machavariani, Mr. Gocha Machavariani, Mr. David Ioseliani and Mr. Vladimer Gegelashvili will listen to the questions and statements of citizens in working days.

Minister of Environment Protection and natural Resources of Georgia Mr. Goga Khachidze has been to Foti, where he met small entrepreneurs that are occupied with fishing together with president’s attorney in Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti region and they discussed the problems on the place.

According to the initiative of Ministry of Environment Protection and Natural Resources cleaning action has been held on the surrounding territory of ministry.  Minister Mr. Goga Khachidze was taking part in the action personally.

On 16^th November, staff members of Kakheti Bureau of Environment Protection Inspectorate exposed   fact of illegally fishing. Nikoloz Zaluashvili and Shalva Zubitashvili were fishing illegally with electro-shock mechanism and inflated boat at the confluence of the River Cheltisa and the River Alazani, on the territory of village Shilda, Kvareli region at 22:10.
